I know--my daily drawings and Portraits blog has become my annual drawings and Portraits blog. This is mostly due to lack of time. I've actually created some new drawings, though I've yet to post them.

I did, however, run across this awesome art site, called MyArtPlot.com. There seems to be artists of all skill levels there, and I can't believe the quality of some of the work that's selling for only 20 bucks! I'll defininitely be posting some of my newer drawings there, in addition to purchasing others' works there as well.

Just finished this one. I call it the right hand of goddess.

I finished this back in December. It was a lot of fun to do. I now have it framed and hanging in my living room.

Just a little practice sketch, but I'm somewhat pleased with it, mostly because I took no measurements for proportions, which is unusual for me. My drawings usually begin as dots and small lines, while I hold a knitting needle to insure accuracy. This was done freestyle, however, and the proportions are quite accurate.
